Who We Are
The Society for Research into Hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida
(SRHSB) is a UK-based international research organization. We
provide a platform for dissemination of research into any aspect of
either or both hydrocephalus and spina bifida, by any person
professionally involved. At our Annual Scientific Meetings, formal
presentations are complemented by great opportunities for informal
interaction and discussion.
SRHSB actively encourages junior professionals, trainees and
those from countries where funding is hard to obtain to get
involved in the society's work, to promote wider knowledge of
Hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida in all corners of the globe. In
certain circumstances, bursaries are available to support
attendance at our Annual Scientific Meetings.
We are funded by subscriptions paid by our members as well as
through donations from individuals and industry.
