Applications to become a member of the Society for Research into
Hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida can be made printing out a blank
form and completing it by hand, obtaining the relevant signatures.
Please return completed form to the address shown on the form.
Please note the membership fee for ordinary members from
2012 will be £75.00. For Senior members the fee will remain £30.00
and new £25.00 fee for student.
Applications for membership must be proposed and seconded by
members of SRHSB. If you require any advice or assistance, please
contact the Hon Secretary or any Committee Member.
