Please note: A 'student rate' applies only to unsalaried
students, for the whole meeting. Bursaries are available for those
employed (salaried) students or junior nurses and scientists
subject to their application to the Hon Treasurer at his
discretion.
For members, non-members and
students registering for the whole meeting, the
registration fees includes
the pre-meeting, welcome
reception,refreshments, lunches,
society outing and Friday
dinner.
For an accompanying person, the registration fee
includes the welcome
reception, lunches, society
outing and Friday dinner.
A day only rate (members or non-members) includes the
following for that day:-
Wednesday
25th July 2012:
refreshments, lunch and Welcome reception.
Thursday 26th July
2012: refreshments, lunch and society
outing.
Friday
27th July
2012: refreshments, lunch and annual
dinner.
Saturday
28th July
2012: refreshments and packed
lunch.
Cancellation policy
- Before June 29th 2012: Refund of fees minus
10%.
- After June 29th 2012: Refund of fees minus 50%.
- After 18th July 2012: No refund.
